Last week we introduced you to the newest member of our instrument family: the WISP Orca. It is a fast and agile instrument, designed for fast and precise optical water quality measurements (chlorophyll, cyanobacterial, turbidity,.. etc) and for calibration/validation of satellite data. Building on the robust experience of the well-known WISP-3 and WISPstations, the WISP Orca incorporates several significant improvements.
You control the WISP Orca via a phone app, helping you to take accurate measurements. The app displays the spectral and concentration results, visualises the location on a map, and shows earlier measurements. It sends the measurements directly via 4G/5G to our online cloud backend, that applies calibrations and quality control and makes the measurements accessible via an API.
