WISP-3 demonstration in Estonia

The prototype 3-channel Water insight SPectrometer (WISP-3) was demonstrated on May 21st during the 'Developments in water quality monitoring in Estonian waters' seminar in Tartu, Estonia. researchers and water managers were enthusiastic about the WISP-3 and her possible applications.
