STREAM is an instrument for developing spatial hydrological models. Water Insight has coupled near real time precipitation and evapotranspiration data from satellite images with STREAM. This combined model is able to predict droughts and floods for arid regions. Furthermore, Water Insight offers near-real time evaporation and transpiration maps for these regions.
